The Approach

  • Optimized product and collection pages for how customers actually search and buy
  • Rebuilt internal linking so authority flowed to the pages that matter
  • Ran a recurring audit cadence to catch issues before they cost rankings
  • Layered in a steady press-release program to build off-site authority

Our stance: every business owner has different needs. We don’t apply one playbook to everyone. We find the real constraint, do the work in the right order, and let you decide how far to take it.

The results, in context

Revenue climbed 47.6% while order volume rose only 5%. The entire difference came from a 40.5% lift in average order value. In plain terms, the same-sized audience spent more, because the store, the site structure, and the authority around it were doing more of the selling. Organic search became the single largest growth channel (+67%), and rising direct traffic (+57%) signalled a brand more people were seeking out by name.

What's working well

  • Deep trust infrastructure (warranty, guarantee, visible reviews) that de-risks higher-ticket purchases
  • Owned content that ranks for discovery terms and routes readers back into the catalog
  • A product range beyond entry-level items, which lifts average order value
  • A founder-led brand with a genuine story: a real edge in social and AI-driven search

What's still on the table

  • Richer review content (photos, video) to lift conversion on premium products
  • Earned press and authority links, where premium brands are often under-represented
  • Selective marketplace expansion for accessory SKUs, without cannibalizing the core store
  • Cleaner paid-media attribution, so ad ROI is actually visible
  • Re-activating email: the highest-converting channel, currently underused

Why the approach matters

Why a documented game plan matters

For a brand already doing well, the risk is never a shortage of ideas. Uncoordinated tactics that can’t be traced to results. A written, sequenced plan lets each move be measured against the brand’s own history, so the work compounds instead of restarting every quarter.

Why getting involved multiplies it

The biggest remaining upside isn’t a secret tactic. Participation. Founder-led brands that post authentically and earn press generate exactly the fresh, citable signals Google and AI answer engines reward. How far this goes depends on how involved the team wants to be.

Questions this raises

Our store is already successful. Why change anything?

“Successful” and “optimized” aren’t the same thing. These gains came from tightening what already worked, not from chasing more traffic. We touched the store carefully, protected what converted, and let average order value do the lifting.

Do you just push us to spend more on ads?

No. Here, organic search and order value drove the growth. Before scaling paid, we’d fix the attribution gap so you can actually see what ads return. Spending into a blind spot isn’t a strategy.

Do we have to do PR and social media?

No. They’re the clearest untapped levers, but they’re optional. Every business is different. we show you where the upside is and let you decide how active you want to be.

How do we know the work is paying off?

We measure against your own Shopify and Search Console baseline (your numbers, your history, not a generic dashboard.
